About GetAyiaNapa
Independent guides from people who actually go there.
Why this site exists
Ayia Napa is one of Europe's most visited party destinations — and one of the most poorly documented online. Most of what you find when you search is either ten years out of date, written by someone who visited once, or produced by a booking platform trying to sell you something.
GetAyiaNapa was built to fix that. We wanted a single resource that covered the destination the way a knowledgeable friend would — which clubs are actually worth the entry, which beaches are genuinely quiet, how to get from the airport without paying twice the going rate, what the strip looks like at 1am versus 4am, and which boat parties sell out three weeks ahead.
The result is over 50 editorial guides covering nightlife, beaches, food, transport, hotels, and activities — written with specific, verifiable detail rather than the generic promotional copy that fills most travel content.
How we research
Every guide on this site is based on direct experience with the destination. We check facts against multiple sources — current venue social media, local operator information, and on-the-ground verification — before publishing. Prices, opening hours, and seasonal details are updated each year ahead of the summer season.
We do not accept payment for editorial coverage. If a venue appears in a guide, it is because it is genuinely worth visiting, not because it paid to be there. Where we include affiliate links to booking platforms (GetYourGuide, Viator, Travelpayouts), we label them clearly. The commission we earn from those links funds the research that keeps the guides accurate and free to access.
Our German and Polish guide translations are produced by native speakers with knowledge of the destination — not automated translation tools.
The planning tool
The party planner at /plan is a free interactive tool that filters Ayia Napa's clubs, hotels, boat parties, and transfers based on your party intensity preference, group type, and budget. It updates in real time and generates a shareable URL so your whole group can see the same itinerary.
No account required. No data collected beyond what your browser processes locally. The tool works entirely client-side — we never see what you build with it.
Affiliate disclosure
Some links on this site are affiliate links. When you book through them, we may earn a small commission from the platform (GetYourGuide, Viator, Travelpayouts, or Booking.com). This comes at no extra cost to you — the price you pay is exactly the same whether you book through our link or go directly to the platform.
Affiliate revenue is how we fund the site. It pays for the research time, the translations, and the annual updates that keep the information current. We only link to platforms we'd use ourselves and only recommend activities we'd book.
Corrections & contact
Ayia Napa changes fast — venues open, close, rebrand, and change their hours seasonally. If you spot something that's out of date or factually wrong in one of our guides, we want to know. Accurate information matters more to us than looking like we got it right.
We also welcome tips from people who know the destination: hidden spots, seasonal events, operators worth knowing about, or anything that should be on a well-informed visitor's radar.
Contact us at loyalty.program.cy@gmail.com. We read every email.
